Flight is an intermediate to advanced-level basket pattern; it's another stellar creation by Annetta Kraayeveld. Neat chevron base with lashed (not woven) stakes - note that the chevrons are repeated on the sides as well. Basket is woven with flat oval reed and cane. The base is about 6 inches x 6 inches and it stands about 4 inches tall. Challenging yet rewarding!
