Our goal is that you would be completely satisfied with every purchase from Basket Makers Supply. If you are not, you may return your unused item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, credit, or refund—your choice.
Unless the item was shipped in error, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the box and all shipping materials and notify us immediately within 10 days.

Please report any shortages within 10 days of receiving your order. If you receive an item in error, notify us right away. We will promptly correct the mistake, and shipping charges will be refunded if the error was on our part.
