10" Melon-shaped Egg Basket Workshop
Instructor: Beth Hester
Register today for the Melon-shaped Egg Basket Workshop sponsored by the Butler County Arts Guild in Morgantown, Kentucky!
The Butler County Arts Guild is offering a 10” Melon-shaped Egg Basket Workshop - what a classic! Create a great basket that’s perfect for gathering eggs, holding your sewing project or taking along for a shopping adventure! Enjoy making this generously-sized easy-to-make basket; recommended for you if you have never made an egg basket. You’ll learn the Kentucky-style ‘eye’ and rib construction. The spherical shape makes this the simplest egg basket; hoops are made of oak, ribs and weavers of natural reed material. Size: 10 inch diameter. We hope you can join us for a fun day of weaving. Call today to register; class size is limited.
