WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for local, in-store pickups at our location in Taylorsville, KY. Pickups are available during normal in-store business hours.
Free Shipping
We offer free free shipping to U.S. orders over $75 shipped within the U.S.
Free shipping on orders over $75 shipping is not valid on international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive if ordering from the U.S. or Canada. International orders may take longer.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, but sometimes an order may take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please do not hesitate to let us know, you can call toll-free 1-800-447-7008. We will do everything possible to ensure your order is received on time.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you should not have to pay them upon delivery
DHL and UPS shipping services with tracking numbers are used to ship and deliver products internationally.
International customers can use your own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your products.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
