Create beautiful miniature baskets with this premium brown ash material! Splints are satin smooth on both sides, especially prepared for refined work. This product is miniature lightweight with a satin finish. Ash is a natural material, cut from different parts of the whole ash log, and colors of splint vary from light to a bit darker. Smooth and flexible, light weight, weavers are thinner than uprights.
We are often asked what the difference is between our two products that are both 1/4”. Let us offer some clarity.
The “mini” material is for miniature baskets and are lighter in weight and not as thick as product 2580.
The “small” material 2580 is for baskets that are 3” and larger, and a bit heavier in weight. Both of these are 1/4” wide and contain about 40 ft. The weight of the material is the only difference.
