But I did receive a resend of the entire pattern, even though only page 3 was missing from the first order. This one is perfect! The response and customer service was unbelievable. The response was immediate and I even received a personal phone call. You don't find that kind of service nowadays. I will make Basket Makers my first stop in supplies from now on. Thanks to your great web site & your info over the phone I have been able to start caneing my chairs (2 out of 6 finished). I am returning this as it never mentioned using it in the book so never tried it (note: caning needle).
