Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We do ship basket making and chair caning supplies anywhere in the United States as well as to Canada and to some countries overseas.

Please contact us if you are interested in us shipping internationally and we will let you know the extra shipping charges via email. You will be responsible for any Customs charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process orders as soon as possible! If you are like us, you'd rather be making instead of waiting, we get it! That's why our staff will work to get your order in the mail as soon as we can.

During normal business hours, most orders are shipped within 48 hours, but sometimes an order may take longer, especially for make to order items like kits.

If you need your order by a certain date, please do not hesitate to let us know. E-mail us or call toll-free 1-800-447-7008. We will do everything possible to ensure your order is received on time.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You must be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Basket Makers Supply., or you can return it within 30 days for replacement, credit or refund -- your choice.
